Application of Delta's Temperature Controller in Injection

Temperature control plays a significant role in the injection engineering. When the temperature of the plastic material is in good control, the fluidity of the melted plastic will be improved, and the filling status and the molding efficiency of the final product will also be enhanced.

Delta's DTC series temperature controller controls the temperature of the plastic injection machine in sections. The sensors are installed in the temperature sensing hole in each section, and Delta's human machine interface conducts the parameter setup, and DTC does PID control. On the other hand, the temperature of the mold directly affects the quality and molding efficiency of the final product, which makes the injection molding the key phase.
