Terms and Conditions of E-paper  
By using the e-paper service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below, without any limitation or condition:  
 

A. Copyrights Reserved.

(1)   In accordance with the Delta Electronics, Inc. (hereinafter ¡§Delta¡¨) ¡¨ E-Paper Terms of Use¡¨ (please confirm whether we have this terms of use) when you registered and/or ordered Delta e-paper service, you agree that the rights (including, but not limited to intellectual property right) in any and all logos, images, photos, files, illustrations, software, audio material, films, moving images or relevant information appeared in Delta¡¦s e-paper service exclusively belong to Delta or its source provider and for your private and personal non-commercial use only.
(2)   Delta reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms of Use from time to time, without prior notice. If you continues to use Delta e-paper service that will be regarded as an acceptance to the newly modified content.
(3)   Note: You may copy or transmit the e-paper, but you can¡¦t use the content or software separate from the e-paper service; Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use or the Delta Electronics Agreements are reserved by Delta.

B. General Terms of Use.

(1)   Delta reserves the right to terminate your right to use Delta e-paper service at Delta¡¦s sole discretion if you provide Delta false registration information or if you violate the Terms of Use or any other Agreements with Delta. Delta may, at Delta¡¦s sole discretion, modify its e-paper service with or without prior notice to you, and without liability to you or any third party.
(2)   Delta may send email messages to you relating to the content of your use of Delta e-paper service
(3)   Delta e-paper service may contain links to third party web sites operated by any third party and such links are provided for your convenience only. Delta does not control such third party web sites; Delta does not guarantee that the contents of such third party web sites are accurate and validate. Further, you agree that Delta will not be held liable for any direct or indirect responsibility associated with such third party web sites..
(4)   You agree not to post, transmit, submit, refer to, distribute or link to or from (or authorize or permit any other person to do the same) any message or material which is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that could give rise tocriminal liability, civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable laws or regulations when using Delta e-paper service.
(5)   You agree that Delta will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to your use of Delta e-paper service

C. Privacy Policy

(1)   It is Delta¡¦s policy to take reasonable measures to respect the privacy of its users' message content, and you also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning rights of privacy.
(2)   Delta will collect certain personal information from our users (such as names, email addresses, addresses, etc.). The information is used to provide the customer service assistance and to improve the content of Delta e-paper service to meet users' need.
(3)   Delta understands the importance of personal information provided by users, and agrees to protect such information according to applicable laws.

D. Miscellaneous

(1)   The e-paper service is controlled by Delta from its offices in the state of Taiwan, ROC. By accessing and using the e-paper service, both you and Delta agree that the laws of the Taiwan, ROC, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to the use of the e-paper service or Delta¡¦s web site. Further, you and Delta agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Taipei District Court in Taipei, R.O.C.
(2)   This Terms and Conditions has been written in both English and Chinese languages. In case of conflict between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
