Dalian is the most developed industrialized city in northeast China, also known as “Hong Kong in the north, Paris in the east”. The city’s machine tool, plastic, boat, harbor, vehicle, metallurgy and petrochemical industries are particularly well-developed. Due to the reason, Delta-CIMIC recently held product training workshops in Dalian, introducing to the distributors Delta's new VE series AC motor drives, SV series PLC with network functions and other lathe control system, encoders and so on, offering application solutions exclusively for the industries in Dalian.

The machine tool industry is the most significant industry in Dalian.
