A: Open WPLSoft, and follow the step: Communication-> Format PLC Memory, and return to the default setting. The password and the program stored in the PLC will all be cleared.

Q2: Do I write the program of DVP-20PM also by WPLSoft?
A: The program of DVP-20PM contains the main program and motion programs and supports G-Code, which is different from the current WPLSoft. Therefore, you will need to use “PMSoft” which supports G-Code and trajectory simulation.

Q3: Can Delta’s PLC be updated on-line?
A: WPLSoft 2.09 and the versions above offer on-line updates, allowing the PLC to update its program in non-stop status. SA_V1.4/SX_V1.4/SC_V1.2/EH2/SV has only 49 steps; other firmware versions of SA/SX/SC/EH/EH2/SV have only 15 steps.
